Candlelight Vigil: Soldiers Memorial Park, Bow Street, honoring Maine soldiers lost in the War against Terror. MG Libby is the guest speaker. Chaplain COL Vigue. Names will be read, a bell sounded and a red, white & blue carnation placed before each soldiers photo. Event ends with echoing taps.
